Yinkong Vue is an Illustrator and Concept Artist, born in the small city of La Crosse, Wisconsin.  He is a first generation Hmong-American whose family came to the United States as refugees after the Vietnam War.  Much of his work is inspired by Hmong culture, lore, and the Hmong-American experience.

Yinkong graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Animation. Yinkong is currently freelancing and developing personal projects.
